Tayla St. Rose is a Saint Lucian-American singer and songwriter whose originals, including “Moon Song” and “Man, I Love You,” draw on the storytelling of country, the soul of the blues and the emotional intensity of rock and pop: romantic, cinematic and unafraid of a big feeling.
Brooklyn-born and of Saint Lucian heritage, Tayla is now based on the island, performing acoustic, backing-track and full-band sets, out front on the mic or on guitar and piano. Her sets move from her own songs to Linda Ronstadt, Dolly Parton, the Beatles, Bob Dylan and Gershwin. She has performed at Sandals Grande St. Lucian, Bay Gardens, Stolen Time Comedy Shack and Ultra Flames, and co-founded The Listening Room, a live platform for Saint Lucia’s original artists.
Tayla is Miss St. Lucia Independence USA 2025. Her holiday single “Oh Santa” is out now, with upcoming shows at ESP and Ultra Flames.
